  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as an order number or invoice).

  • Products showing signs of use, physical damage, or missing accessories will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain types of products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse.

  • Hygiene-related products that have been opened or used.

  • Discounted or clearance sale items.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days through the original payment method.

  • If the product was purchased using Cash on Delivery (COD), you may be asked to provide bank details for the refund transfer.

Exchange Option

If you received a defective or incorrect product, you can request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are processed only if the request is made within 3 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received was defective or wrong.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
