Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the product was purchased using Cash on Delivery (COD), you may be asked to provide bank details for the refund transfer.
Exchange Option
If you received a defective or incorrect product, you can request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are processed only if the request is made within 3 days of delivery.
Shipping Costs
